Why Summary is in that order

The panels run in the order an investigation does, from what arrived to what you decided. Reading them out of order is how people reach a conclusion early.

Summary's panels are in a fixed order and you cannot rearrange them. The order is the shape of an investigation: what arrived, who it is about, what moved, what the agent concluded, what you decided.

The Summary panels, in order
What arrived?

The vendor alerts that grouped onto this case, each with the rule that fired and the vendor's own severity.

Every question after the first depends on the one above it.

Facts before conclusions

The alert, the customers, the addresses and the transfers come first because they are what happened. Analysis comes after them because it is what somebody made of it. Read in that order, a finding arrives as a claim you are already in a position to check.

Read it the other way and the finding becomes the frame. You go looking for the transfers it mentions rather than reading the transfers, and the ones it did not mention are the ones you never look at.

The decision sits at the bottom for the same reason

To reach the form on an open case you have scrolled past everything the case knows. That is deliberate.
