Release notes

What shipped in the Cogentic platform, newest first.

  1. NewImprovementFix

Every finding says where it came from

Case findings are now graded lead or evidence, and a finding that cites nothing is a lead. Sanctions and scam-signal screening become platform capabilities that run on every investigation, a screen no provider answered is reported as unavailable rather than clean, and the identity record your KYC vendor holds finally reaches the agents as evidence they can cite.

  2. NewImprovementFix

Customer records pushed over the API, and every address on a case names who holds it

Your organisation can now push its own customer records over a REST API. An alert on an address then resolves to a named customer, that customer is cited on the case and every address the case shows names its holder, compared with the KYC vendor's record. The API also gains a reference document, usage counters and a failure log, and a case opened on Redbelly now has history and balances.

  3. NewImprovementFixSecurity

A second attribution source on more chains, a case header that reads as a dossier and screening results that say what they found

A second platform-supplied attribution source labels addresses on more chains at no cost, an empty screening answer is now a recorded result rather than a gap, contract-driven native movements appear in a case's evidence and every case opens on a dossier-style header with a one-line summary.

  4. NewImprovementFix

Every case screened by default, vendor attributions graded and case transfers that report their readiness

Every case is now screened by a platform-supplied provider at no cost, a vendor's attribution is graded as a lead or evidence before the agent can reason from it, a case transfer states whether it is complete and the exposure view holds several vendors' answers without counting money twice.

  5. NewImprovement

Report in your own currency, declare the tokens you issue and share ownership

An organisation now nominates the currency it reports in and declares the tokens it issues, ownership can pass between members and the cases board is organised by lifecycle.

  6. NewFix

A transfer is valued by its contract, not by what it claims to be

A stablecoin value is now confirmed from the chain and contract rather than the symbol a token declares, and Today opens on the cases that are yours.

  7. New

    Alerts arrive grouped by case

Related alerts land as one piece of work, and Today opens on the cases that are yours.

  8. NewFix

The same numbers, wherever you read them

Amounts, dates and addresses now render through one formatter across the product, and a note added from chat appears on the case straight away.

  9. NewFix

Transfers valued at the time they moved

Historic valuation on every transfer leg, and onchain identifiers that read the same way on every screen.

  10. NewFix

Your timezone, and a home for your policies

Every timestamp now reads in the timezone you work in, and the document library became the place your procedures live and get cited from.

  11. NewImprovement

    Alerts triaged. Investigations done.

Alerts arrive from Chainalysis and Elliptic, agents investigate every one, and a case reaches your compliance officer summarised, mapped and evidenced.
