The case screen
Where to find things on a case, and what each of the four tabs is for.
A case is one screen. The header tells you what the case is and how far the agent has got. The four tabs hold the work. The panel down the side is where you talk to the agent.
The header
The header carries the case name, the agent's current read of it, and the state of the case: open or closed, time remaining, risk and priority. Below that, an exposure bar shows where the money went. The counts beside it link to the matching panel on Summary.
A case opens on its dossier. It carries the state of the investigation, what the agent has concluded so far and where the money went, so the first screen answers what this is and how urgent it is before you read anything else.
Transfers to an address attributed to a sanctioned entity
Over six days the customer sent 14 transfers to a cluster attributed to a sanctioned exchange. The amounts sit just under the reporting threshold, and no transfer was declared.

The data here is invented.
The case name and the risk were both set by the agent at the end of its first investigation.
Four tabs
| Tab | What it holds |
|---|---|
| Summary | The case itself: the agent's analysis, the alerts, the customers, the wallets, the transfers, the evidence and the decision. |
| Explorer | The map. Counterparties, the paths between them, and the exposure behind the header's bar. |
| Reports | Reports drafted on this case. |
| Audit log | Every recorded event on the case, by the agent and by people. |
What Summary shows, in order
Summary runs top to bottom in the order an investigation does, from what arrived to what you concluded. Read it that way. Jumping to the recommendation is how people reach a conclusion before they have seen what it rests on.
The side panel
The side panel holds the conversation with the agent, your notes and the control that runs the investigation again. It has its own tabs and stays with you as you move between the case's tabs. Everything written in it is part of the case.
