Audits and logging
What Cogentic records about a case, and how to show months later what was known and who decided it.
Every change to a case is recorded against whoever made it, and nothing in that record can be edited afterwards. Reading a case is not a change, so looking at one leaves no entry.
These two pages are for the person who has to answer for a decision long after it was taken: what was known at the time, who concluded what, and on what evidence.
