The case plan
A checklist of what is left to do on a case.
The Plan tab in a case's side panel lists what is left to do, in five stages. Each item links to where that work is done.
Plan
5 to reviewThe data here is invented.
The counts come from the items beside them, so the plan cannot disagree with the case.
The five stages
| Stage | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Triage | Assigning the case and setting its priority. |
| Investigate | The agent's run, and what each screening check came back with. |
| Review | The suggestions waiting on you, and each customer's KYC verdict. |
| Decide | Recording an outcome, and any questions to put to the customer. |
| Report | Adding a report, finishing a draft, and filing where one is needed. |
Nothing in the plan is stored
Every item reads its state off the case itself. There is no separate list to keep up to date, and no way for the plan to say a case is done when the case says otherwise. Tick nothing: assign the case and the Triage item ticks itself.
Some items are reminders rather than tasks. Reading the alerts is work the case cannot record. The plan reminds you, never ticks it and leaves it out of the stage's count.
Reviewing suggestions in the plan
Confirm or dismiss suggested transfers and suggested customers from the Review stage without leaving the panel. Before you confirm transfers, the Review stage shows how many there are and their total per currency.
Collapse the panel and it still signals when something is waiting to be reviewed, so you do not have to keep it open to know.
