Regulatory reporting settings

The four settings a report is filed under. Only an Owner or an Admin can change them.

Open Settings, then Regulatory reporting. Every setting here answers one question a regulator asks of a report: who filed it, from where, and in what currency. Cogentic prefills each one into every report you build.

SettingWhat it does
Reporting entityThe legal entity registered with your regulator. A report prefills from it. Leave it blank and the report uses the organisation name instead.
Name of branchThe branch the reported activity belongs to. A report prefills from it alongside the entity.
Full addressThe registered address of the entity. A report prefills from it alongside the entity.
Reporting currencyCogentic records transfer values in this currency as well as USD, quoted at the time of the transfer. It applies to transfers priced from now on, so changing it does not restate a value already on a case.
