Your timezone, and a home for your policies

Every timestamp now reads in the timezone you work in, and the document library became the place your procedures live and get cited from.

Two things an analyst should never have to think about: what time zone a timestamp is in, and where the current version of a procedure lives.

Both are settled this week.
