The same numbers, wherever you read them

Amounts, dates and addresses now render through one formatter across the product, and a note added from chat appears on the case straight away.

Small inconsistencies cost trust. An amount rounded one way on the case page and another on the map makes a reader stop and check which is right.

  • NewOne formatter — amounts, dates and identifiers render the same way everywhere.
  • NewSortable priorities — order the queue by the priority your organisation set.
  • NewA clearer exposure map — reworked layout, with the exposure panel beside it.
  • NewChat composer recovery — a message you were part-way through survives a reload.
  • NewReal browser titles — a tab tells you which case you have open.
  • FixedNotes from chat appear immediately — a note added in conversation shows on the case without a refresh.
  • FixedSubject resolution — a subject with no stated chain is resolved to a real one before a provider is chosen, so the lookup goes to the right place.
