A transfer is valued by its contract, not by what it claims to be

A stablecoin value is now confirmed from the chain and contract rather than the symbol a token declares, and Today opens on the cases that are yours.

Any token can call itself USDC. Until this release, one that did was shown a US dollar value on the strength of the name alone.

  • FixedValue follows the contract — a stablecoin value is confirmed from the chain and contract address. A token whose only claim to a peg is its symbol now shows no value rather than a dollar figure. If you have closed a case on a transfer whose asset was unfamiliar, its recorded value is worth a second look.
  • NewToday is yours — the dashboard opens on the alerts and cases assigned to you, with All, Alerts and Cases views across the top.
